Victoria has the highest number of annual snow-free days of any major city in Canada.
The city has more than 2,000 hours of sunlight annually, half as much rain as Vancouver, and the temperature rarely drops below freezing or goes above 25'C.
Victoria is visited by 3.5 million people a year bringing in more than $1 billion to the local economy.

Alexa has been living here, for the second time, since December 2011. She loves it. She and her friend Frances both work in Victoria. They belong to a local Church and are part of a close knit community within their parish. They enjoy getting together with friends for dinners, coffee and hanging out.
Their rent is reasonable and they seem content.
And what is that on their faces.......a look of happiness.
