Our journey across began with open water. Beautiful and vast, with crisp cold Pacific air. Then our path was through islands and incredible blues and grays. Some people on the ferry saw seals.....but I missed them. I was watching for orca whales.....
Some people got the memo about warm jackets for the crossing....
