The one thing Alexa wanted to do for her 25th birthday was a trip to Forks, Washington to do the Twilight tour. Ok....let's do it.
The ferry leaves right from downtown Victoria and gets to Port Angeles, Washington in 1 1/5 hours. We then rented a car online and picked it up when we arrived. The drive to Forks was about 1 1/2 hours. Easy smeasy.
Our travel day on the ferry was beautiful. The temperature was warm and the sky was beautiful blue. Smooth sailing.
Frances and Alexa were really excited. We were too....but surprisingly, the entire trip was fantastic.....even better than we thought.
In the distance, we could see the mountains of Washington. It was incredible. Beautiful scenery all along the way....mountains...lakes....
Here we are at the port already. Off we go on an excellent adventure....Who packed the garlic?????
